The spa and salon industry has changed dramatically over the past five years. Advanced techniques have been created thus changing the requirements of industry professionals. Today’s spas and salons are demanding a higher level of training that is only offered at advanced training seminars since they typically do not provide this training on-site to their employees. Salons and spas are demanding highly sophisticated, technical and professional skills of their employees. To better fulfill the industry need for qualified service providers, our academies are working with leaders in the industry to identify advanced skills and to incorporate these skills into our curriculum. Our academies greatly transformed to become innovative leaders while encapsulating the essence of spa culture.
