Advanced Cosmetology
Requiring a minimum of 1500 hours to complete, the Cosmetology program in our Manhattan, KS campus provides extensive training in advanced signature haircutting, hair coloring, hair extensions, facials and brow shaping, and hair removal. Students learn to perform core services, including eyelash extensions, lash lift, basic make-up, manicures and pedicures with classroom hands-on education that will be refined during salon clinic training.
Designed to give our graduates a competitive edge, Bellus Academy offers a business training to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset. Students receive the tools to master online marketing, branding, retailing, client retention and financial management.
The opportunity to refine their technical and communication skills takes place in our busy professional salon floor where our future professionals work 1:1 with a diverse clientele.
